Weather, refunds and payment details
Mt Fuji visibility depends on the weather. Poor visibility alone does not change the cancellation rule; if we cancel because conditions or closures make the service unsafe, the deposit is refunded in full.
To cancel or request a refund, contact our team on WhatsApp. Refunds are reviewed and issued manually under these terms.
Prices and order records remain in JPY. Stripe Checkout may offer your local currency using Stripe's exchange rate and currency-conversion fee; you can switch back to JPY.

A Stripe payment page opened before closing keeps its original 35-minute payment period; closing time does not shorten it.

When can I start an online booking?
New online deposit bookings are accepted daily from 00:15 until 07:00 Japan time (UTC+9). At 07:00 new bookings close; a Stripe payment page already opened keeps its original 35-minute payment period. You can send trip details on WhatsApp at any time. Our team handles driver arrangements manually during daytime hours; paying the deposit does not assign a driver immediately.
What is the fixed online price?
JPY 70,000 for 1–6 guests in a Toyota Alphard or JPY 80,000 for 7–9 guests in a Toyota Hiace. A fixed JPY 3,000 deposit is paid now and the displayed balance after service.
Does paying the deposit mean a driver is already assigned?
It records the booking; our team confirms the driver and vehicle separately. If we cannot provide a licensed commercial vehicle, or cancel for safety reasons, our team arranges a full deposit refund.
Can I change the standard route?
The driver may reorder the listed stops for traffic, weather, or closures. Ask on WhatsApp before paying if you want different stops, another pickup area, or a custom schedule.
Who can use online booking?
Standard trips with pickup more than 24 hours away: 1–9 guests, the same pickup and return address in Tokyo's 23 wards, no large luggage, and at most one child seat. For pickup in 24 hours or less or any other requirements, contact our team on WhatsApp.
How do I request a refund?
Send your booking number and cancellation request to our team on WhatsApp. We check when you requested cancellation and process any eligible refund manually. Cancellation at least 48 hours before pickup receives a full deposit refund; less than 48 hours or a no-show is non-refundable. If we cannot provide the licensed vehicle or cancel for safety, we refund the deposit in full.
