These terms govern your use of jpairport.com and our private transfer service. By requesting a quote or booking, you agree to these terms.
Our service
We arrange private airport and point-to-point transfers in Japan with licensed commercial passenger vehicles. Prices shown on the website are references; the final all-inclusive fixed price is confirmed on WhatsApp before you book.
Booking
A booking is confirmed only after we confirm your route, vehicle, and final price on WhatsApp. Please share your flight number, pickup time, and any child-seat needs when booking.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is made in cash to the driver after the trip. The confirmed price is all-inclusive of tolls and standard fees.
Vehicles and capacity
The standard vehicle is a Toyota Alphard. Larger groups or extra luggage are served by a Toyota Hiace at a different price. Child seats can be requested in advance.
Waiting time and flight delays
Airport pickup includes 90 minutes of free waiting from the actual landing time. Departure/hotel pickup includes 30 minutes from the scheduled time. If your flight is delayed, we use the updated arrival time to coordinate pickup.
Changes and cancellations
Please tell us as early as possible on WhatsApp if you need to change or cancel. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes.
Liability and governing law
We arrange transfers with compliant operators and vehicles, but we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
