- Sales price / fees
The standard 10-hour Mt Fuji online product is JPY 70,000 for 1–6 guests (Toyota Alphard) or JPY 80,000 for 7–9 guests (Toyota Hiace), including tolls and standard fees. The fixed deposit is JPY 3,000. Other website prices are references unless expressly shown as fixed. Communication charges are borne by the customer.
- Payment method and timing
For the standard Mt Fuji online product, the fixed JPY 3,000 deposit is paid by card through Stripe when booking and the displayed remaining balance is due after service. Prices and order records remain in JPY. Where available, Stripe may show and charge a local-currency equivalent using its exchange rate and currency-conversion fee; customers can switch back to JPY at Checkout. Unless another product page says otherwise, other services are paid in cash to the driver after the trip.
- Timing of service
The transfer is provided at the agreed date and time. For standard Mt Fuji trips with pickup more than 24 hours away, the online deposit records the booking; our team arranges and confirms the driver and vehicle separately. For pickup in 24 hours or less or complex or custom requirements, contact our team on WhatsApp before payment.
- Cancellations and changes
Send cancellation and refund requests with your booking number to our team on WhatsApp. Our staff checks the time of your cancellation request and eligibility, then processes any qualifying refund manually.
For the standard Mt Fuji online product: cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full deposit refund; cancellation less than 48 hours before pickup or no-show makes the deposit non-refundable. If we cannot provide a licensed commercial vehicle, or we cancel for safety reasons, the deposit is refunded in full. For a Stripe-converted payment, a qualifying full refund is returned in the currency and amount originally paid using the transaction exchange rate. Poor Mt Fuji visibility alone does not change this rule. Other services follow the conditions in their written confirmation.
