Privacy Policy

Trip details you enter in the quote form: pickup and drop-off locations, travel date and time, passenger and luggage counts, and flight number. These are used to prepare your quote.

Communication data: when you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages and phone number are processed through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) under their own privacy policy.

Usage data: when analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may collect pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location, referral source, and conversion events.

For an online deposit booking, this browser tab temporarily keeps your form draft for up to 24 hours so a cancelled payment can resume the same order and avoid duplicate payment links. It is removed after confirmed payment and normally disappears when the tab session ends. We store the submitted booking details, payment status, and transaction references; only if you choose the optional measurement checkbox do we send and store sanitized advertising attribution identifiers. Stripe processes the card payment; we do not receive or store full card details.

To prepare quotes and arrange your transfer, reply to inquiries, operate and improve the website, understand website usage, measure enquiries and conversions, and evaluate and improve advertising performance.

We use Google Maps (maps and route estimates), Google Analytics and Google Ads (measurement only when enabled or consented), WhatsApp / Meta (messaging), Stripe (card deposit processing), Supabase (booking and inquiry database hosting), our website hosting provider, and a restricted operational notification system. That notification system receives only the booking, pickup, and contact details needed to arrange the vehicle and is not used for advertising. These providers may process information outside your country. We do not sell your personal information.

When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to understand website usage and measure advertising performance. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings.

We keep quote and inquiry data only as long as needed to provide the service and maintain reasonable business records. Some providers may process data outside your country.
