Am I paying the full amount now?
When online booking is open, pay a JPY 3,000 deposit to create your booking. The balance is due after the trip. Pay the remaining balance in cash to the driver after the trip. Contact our team before booking if you need a different payment arrangement; an online balance-payment link is not included in this checkout. If booking is closed, contact our team.
Does a successful payment mean a driver is assigned?
No. A successful payment means the deposit is paid and the booking exists. Our team assigns the driver manually and then contacts you.
Can I cancel?
These terms cover the existing JPY 3,000 deposit checkout for standard fixed-price tours, when online booking is available. Other itineraries or payment arrangements follow their written confirmation. Cancel at least 48 hours before pickup for a full refund of the deposit. For cancellation less than 48 hours before pickup or a no-show, the deposit is non-refundable. If we cannot provide a licensed commercial vehicle, or if we cancel for safety reasons, we refund the deposit in full. This checkout collects only the deposit, not an advance balance. It does not issue an order-specific online balance-payment link. Send your booking number and cancellation request to our team on WhatsApp or by email. Staff reviews refund eligibility and processes the deposit refund manually; refunds are not automatic. Existing orders retain the terms saved when booked; this page does not change them retrospectively.
Can I pay online at any time?
When online booking is open, new bookings are accepted daily from 00:15 to 07:00 Japan time. Check the status shown on this page for current payment availability. If booking is closed or outside those hours, contact our team on WhatsApp.
